Edwin James was born in 1962 along with his twin brother Edward. He was the son of Edward James and Jean Andrews. He passed away in 1993.[1] [2]
He lived most of his life in Port Chester, NY, and while living there was a member of the St Francis AME Zion Church.
in 1991 he moved to RI where he worked as assistant manger of a clothing store.
He moved to Salinas in November 1992, where his twin, Edward and his other siblings Wilfred Nunez, Cassandra James Salinas and Wands Brown Salinas were living.

Edwin A James, assistant manager Edwin A James of Salina died Tuesday at his home in following a long illness. He was 30. A native of Port Chester, NY, Mr James lived in Salina for five months. He was an assistant manager of The Garage Clothing store in Providence, RI. Mr James was a member of the St Francis AME Zion Church in Port Chester, NYEdwin's obituary also ran in the The Daily Times on 11 April 1993 in Mamaroneck, New York.[4]
Mr. James is survived by his sister, Renee James of Port Chester, NH, and Cassandra James and Wanda Brown, both of Salinas, b brother Darrell James of Vancouver, British Columbia, Douglas Thomas of Boston, Mass., and Edward James of Salinas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from noon to 5 pm today and 9 am to 5 pm Friday at Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm. Saturday at the mortuary chapel. Cremation will follow.

Edwin Andrew James, a former Port Chester resident, died Tuesday at his home in Salinas, Calif. He was 30.
Mr James, a twin, was born to Edward Lewis and Doris Jean James on July 28, 1962 in Port Chester.
While living in Port Chester, Mr James was member of St. Francis AME Zion Church.
At the time of his death, he was an assistant manager of the Garage clothing store. Mr. James also had worked as a bank teller and salesclerk in Rhode Island.
He lived most of his life in Port Chester before moving to. Rhode Island in 1991 and to Salinas in November.
IN addition to his twin brother, Edward James of Salinas, Mr. James is survived by three other brothers, Darrell James of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Wilfred Nunez of Salina and Douglas Th Omas of Boston; three sisters, Renee James of Port Chester and Wand Brown, both of Salinas; two aunts, Lucille Bardliving of the B Bronx and Gladys Blackburn of Port Chester; a great-great aunt, Dera Mobley of Port Chester; an uncle, Henry Andrews os Sacramento, California.,; a great-great-uncle, Jordan Lee of Kentucky; two godchildren, Wendy and Kim Johnson, both of Port Chester; and several real nieces and nephews.
