Biography
George Hooley, born in 1795 and baptised at Buxton, was the third son of John and Sarah [Sally] Hooley. He married Ellen Robinson at Buxton in 1826, and worked as a Butcher. It is possible that there was a further addition to the children of this family - a John Hooley, cattle dealer, who turms up in Coventry sometime later.
Geo, son of John Howley & Sarah, was born in 1794 and baptised on 16 August 1795 in Buxton, Derbyshire, England.[1]
