Emily Hayley was born before 1811 at England.
She married solicitor and barrister, William A'Beckett in 1832 at London, England.
The couple migrated to the Colony of New South Wales (Australia) aboard City of Edinburgh, 1836-37, whereupon established a successful legal practice. He was appointed acting Solicitor General for the colony in March 1841.
She passed away on 1st June 1841 at Sydney, New South Wales.[1]
