Wondering how son John H. Hall ended up dying in England?? I don't see a source that shows that.
Also, looks like some conflation on Family Search with records for William Hall - he can't have married Rebecca in NC in 1817 and had children Jane and John in TN in 1833 and 1839 AND married Anna Pugh in KY in 1819 (don't see any children from that marriage yet)
I agree, this is a mess. I had some data doctor errors I was trying to fix this morning and that's what brought it back up for me. I can write it down as a project to dig into but I'm not sure how fast I'll get to it due to family life being crazy right now.
I am wondering if there are conflated William Hall's still? The 1850 census that shows John married to Rebecca with children Jane and John seems to match a first marriage to Rebecca Pollard. I see you removed it here, is there a second William Hall that 1850 census record was moved to? I try to make sure Family Search matches WikiTree and the bad data is still on Family Search so it risks coming back again if not untangled in both places. Thank you for all your work!
b. c1791 in NC who married Rebecca Pollard in Craven County in 1817, they had Jane and John in Tennessee and then were in Missouri for 1850 Census
b. c1779 in NC who married Anna Pugh (who came from NC) in Christian County, KY
I guess I decided to turn this William Hall into #2 since you had the record for marriage to Anna there. Are you looking for the other William Hall in particular?
Unless he did marry Rebecca first and second Anna but then the 1850 Census in MO can't be for them.
