Research Notes

In the 1930 Census, Shriver was listed at the bottom of the census records, having died in 1926.

Katherine, listed as daughter, shows up for the first time in the 1930 census. If she were Eliza's daughter, she would have shown up in the 1910 census as 7 years old, or the 1920 census, as 17, but may have been married by then. Also, Eliza reported that she had 4 children, 3 living, and those would be her sons. Katherine may have been a daughter in law, that remarried and adopted the surname Lynn. Census also stated that Eliza was born in Pennsylvania and the mother Katherine was born in West Virginia. More research needed.
