Charlotte was born about 1806. She is the daughter of Benjamin Hall and Charlotte Crawshay.
In 1871 and 1881 she was living with her son Arthur's family at 31 Pant-y-goitre, Llanvair Kilgeddin, Monmouthshire, Wales. In 1881 she is listed as a widow.
She was a botanical artist and translator.
