Lina was christened on 30 Nov 1888 at St Johns Parish Protestant Episcopal, Joppa, Harford, Maryland. Her birth date was listed as 20 November 1888.[3]
Lina's father, Henry died in 1897[4] By 1900. Lina, her mother, and four siblings moved to 223 Lombard West, Baltimore.[5] The family fell hard times to the extent there was a public plea for charity for them.[6]
Lina married Robert Warden Blackburn in April 1905, likely in Baltimore.[7]
Bob Blackburn, wife Lina, baby Robert, daughter Ruth
In the 1910 census, her age was listed as 22, that she had been married 6 years, given birth to 3 children and three were living. She lived at 3423 E. Lombard St., Baltimore, Maryland, with her husband Robert Warden Blackburn.[8]
The marriage had difficulties. Lina Blackburn, daughter of Henry and Mary, married Earl Randall Streeter on 2 November 1918 at Alexandria, Virginia.[9] Not long after, Lina and Earl, along with Lina's daughter Ruth, traveled across the country to Seattle, Washington. Lina's two sons, Robert and Chester remained in Baltimore with Robert Blackburn.
In the 1920 census, Lina lived at 2235 Boylston Ave., Seattle, WA. She lived with her 2nd husband, Earl Streeter, and her daughter, Ruth. Her age was listed as 26.[10][11] (She was notorious about changing her age, and I know this wasn't the correct age.)
In 1940, Lina was living at 7500 27th NE in Seattle, Washington with husband, Earl Streeter. Her age was listed as 50 and that she was born in Maryland.[12]
In the 1950 census Lina (age 59) was the wife of Earl R Streeter living at 531 East 80th Street in Seattle, King, Washington, United States.[13] Earl died the following year on 26 July 1951.[14]
Lina married Thomas A. Gilbert. 10 years her junior, on 25 December 1952.[15] It is thought this marriage ended in divorce but those records have not been located.
On 22 April 1956, Lina married her fourth husband, Dick Priggee.[16]
Lina M. Priggee, daughter of Henry Gabler and Mary Swanner, died (age 87) on 28 January 1976 in Stanwood, Snohomish County, Washington, United States.[2]

↑The Aegis and Intelligencer, Bel Air, MD, Friday morning March 25, 1898:
My great grandmother "Nana" had a large presence in my life. I was fortunate to have her in my life until I was 26 years old. My earliest memories of her was from when I was very young and she would care for me at times. She would chase me around her yard with a snap dragon blossom on her fingers, trying to nip my fingers or ear lobe with the dragon. Her husband Dick was a baker for Frederick & Nelson Department Store in downtown Seattle. When he was at home he would bake and the aromas in the kitchen were tantalizing. She took my mother and I to Baltimore when I was 5 and I got to meet her sisters and my great grandfather and her two other sons.
In later years, after Dick was gone. Nana lived at the Josephinum, I believe on Second Ave. in downtown Seattle. I would pick Nana up in me Porsche and drive her to her doctors' appointments or to her monthly visits to the podiatrist. She thought it a "hoot" to ride in my sports car. Now that I have spent years researching our family, there are so many questions I wish I had known to ask. I am ever thankful for the clues she left behind.
