William W. Duncan was born on 26 May 1827 in Indiana Co., Pennsylvania, United States, son of William Duncan (~1795–1873) and Jane (Graham) Duncan (1791–1864).
William died on 3 Nov 1856 in Cambria Co., Pennsylvania, United States, aged 29. He was buried in East Union Presbyterian Cemetery, Taylorsville, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.[1]
