Biography

Wilfred (Alfred) Després was born on 10 May 1873 in Cocagne, New Brunswick. He was the son of Camille Després and Marguerite Robichaud.[1]

He married Marie Melanson on 13 September 1897 in Cocagne. [2][3]

In the 1901 census Alfred (age 27), a farmer, was the married head of household in Kent, New Brunswick.[4]

In the 1911 census Fred (age 38), a farmer, was the married head of household in Breau Village, New Brunswick.[5]

He passed away before 1920 when Marie remarried.
