Biography
Cornelius Aloysius Deane was born about 1889 at Nagambie, Victoria. He was the youngest son of Patrick Deane of Wahring, Victoria and his wife Johanna. [1]
He served in World War 1, enlisting on 15 May 1915 in the 58th Battalion.[2]
He married Liliane Hussey, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs W Hussey of Glen Waverley, Victoria on 24 February 1925. [3][4]
Cornelius died in 1962 in Newtown, New South Wales.[5]
