Biography

This profile is part of the Dresden, Ohio One Place Study.

Charles was born in 1876. The Cullins family was living in Muskingum Township in 1880.[1] He was living with his mother and a brother in Dresden in 1900.[2]

Charles died from bronchitis in Dresden on 6 April 1905.[3] Burial was at Dresden Cemetery.[4]


"After an illness of lung trouble, which extended during the entire winter, Charles Cullins, one of the best-known young men of Dresden, died at the home of his mother Wednesday about noon at the age of 28 years. He was well and favorably known throughout the town and was very popular with all of his associates. Besides his mother he is survived by two brothers, Clifford and Earl, of the home. The funeral services will be conducted at the Methodist Church at 2:00 o'clock Friday afternoon. Burial will be made in the Dresden Cemetery."
