Marriage to Richard Smith

Johnson Co., AR: J. R. Butts, J.P. of Johnson Co., AR testified that he solemnized the rite of matrimony between Richard Smith of Johnson County, and Miss Temperance A Tucker of Johnson Co., AR on 30 Jun 1872.
Note: This marriage record lists Temperance's surname as "Tucker." However, in an affidavit that Richard Smith submitted to the Pension office in 1890, he testified that he married Tempy Craig. He also testified in 1912 that he was married to Tempy Craig. ^[1]
