Find A Grave Ann Regina Collins Helmstadter; BIRTH unknown; DEATH 8 Jun 1999. Mrs. Helmstadter, born in New Haven, CT, was an honors graduate of Vassar College and performed as a harp soloist with the New Haven and Yale Symphonies from age 13. She was a Director in the US Army Special Services stationed in Germany where her posts included Grafenwoehr, Schwabach and Nuernberg. After marriage to Harry P. Helmstadter, Jr. in 1956, she resided and taught in FL and PA, receiving her masters after settling in Wilmington, DE in 1971. She was a counselor in the Conrad and Colonial School Districts for 21 years.[3]
