There seems to be a discrepancy here re: David Clock and John (Johan Jost). According to records of the Klock/Clock family in Ontario, David married Diadema (Maggie) Diver, and John married Mary Diver. These women share the same parents and were therefore sisters. Some of my own records show David as the father of Aaron, my ancestor. However, Aaron’s death certificate (Monroe, Michigan) shows “John” listed as Aaron’s father…I wonder if David’s full name might have been David John?
