Clarence married Mildred Jane 'Millie' Bolen about 1949.
In the 1950 census Clarence (age 54), Salesman, was the married head of household in Ashland, Boyd, Kentucky.[4]

- The date of Clarence's marriage to Millie is inferred from her social security numerical id where it appears she filed to have her name changed to Claar in 1949. They were later divorced or Clarence died as Millie married Ira Nickell about 1966.
