Biography
John married Sarah Cantrell on 7 September in De Kalb County, Tennessee. He enlisted in Capt. Charles Wade's Company of the Tennessee militia on 13 Nov 1814 and was discharged on 13 May 1815. He was a resident of De Kalb County, Tennessee in 1850 and 1855. In 1871 he lived in Smithville, De Kalb County, Tennessee. [1]
