Colin Burgess was the original drummer for the Australian hard rock band AC/DC. He joined in November 1973 and was fired in February 1974. Before his stint in AC/DC, he was in the Masters Apprentices between 1967 to 1972. Later in his career, he formed the hard rock band His Majesty with his brother Denny. In October 1998, the Masters Apprentices were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame. He toured Australia with the Guitar Heroes ensemble in the 2000s.
In 2005, he and his brother appeared in the Australian film, The Comeback Kings.[1][2]
