Biography

Mary "Nelly" Brown, born 15 Apr 1794 @ Stonington, Connecticut, was the fourth child of Lucy (Palmer) & Ichabod Brown.

Per the Brown Genealogy (1915) she remained unmarried. In contrast, a grave memorial (unsourced, unreliable) presents that she was married to Abel Main. It is uncertain as to which reference is correct.

Mary Brown died 23 Jan 1827. Her grave is in Brown-Randall Cemetery, North Stonington, New London County, Connecticut, USA: Find A Grave: Memorial #20696596
