Herman was born in 1903, the son of William Coy Brown and Beattie Hall.[1] Herman married Laura Reeves 23 October 1924 at Troutdale, Virginia.[2] That marriage ended in divorce.[3] Herman married Edna Mae Burse in 1950 at Smyth, Virginia.[4] He passed away in 1963 at age 58.[5]
Herman was mentioned on a memorial in Hutton-Cox Cemetery, Smyth County, Virginia, United States with a death date of 1963.[6]
