he married 2nd, in 1909 at Catskill, Greene Co., New York, Minnie M. Everitt, born 10 April 1871 at Catskill, Greene County, NY, USA died 16 Dec 1947 at Saugerties, Ulster Co., NY, USA, daughter of Charles N. Everitt (1827– ) and Mary Elisabeth (Overbaugh) Everitt (1841–1896);
