Larry Anderson was born on June 1st, 1939, in Harlan, Kansas, to Clyde Anderson and Dorothy Gleason. Growing up in Harlan, he developed a passion for sports, particularly for basketball, which he actively participated in during his high school years. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing when he was young. Following his education, Larry joined the Army where he distinguished himself as one of the top marksmen in his platoon along with another soldier, who tied with him as the best sharpshooter in their company. After completing his military service, Larry transitioned into civilian life and found employment with Heidi Construction. He specialized in building terraces in North Central Kansas, showcasing his dedication to hard work and craftsmanship. A thoughtful, polite, and devout Christian man, Larry was known for his strong values and commitment to his family. His kindness and integrity were evident in both his personal relationships and professional endeavors.

Larry was born in 1939. He passed away in 2013.
