When Charles Allen Anderson was born on 4 May 1811, in Smyth, Virginia, United States, his father, Jack Anderson, was 26 and his mother, Anderson, was -33. He married Isabel Gillespie about 1832, in Wythe, Virginia, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 7 daughters.[1] He lived in Rich Valley, Smyth, Virginia, United States in 1880.[2] On 14 Sep 1855, his wife, Isabelle, died at the age of forty-five (45) in Smyth, Virginia, United States.[3] In 1860, Lucinda and Charles were married and starting their family in Smyth, Virginia, United States.[4] By 1880, they were living in Rich Valley District, Smyth, Virginia, United States.[5] He died on 5 June 1902, in Smyth, Virginia, United States, at the age of 91, and was buried in Ridgedale Cemetery, Ridgedale, Smyth, Virginia, United States.[6]
