Before me, James Mckie, Notary Public for the Parish of St, Helena personally came and appeared the following persons to wit; John Allen, Nathaniel Allen, Peter Allen, Lydia Stephenson formally Lydia Allen and Mary Sillers, formally Mary Allen. All of the Parish aforesaid and lawful heirs of William Allen and Kizia Allen, wife of the aforesaid Wm. Allen, formally Kizia Anders which nominate John Allen aforesaid their attorney to recieve from the estate of William Anders decd of the state of North Carolina. Witnessed by: L.H.
