Biography
Frederick Albrecht is Notable.
Frederick Albrecht was born in 1894. He passed away in 1984.
From his Australian Dictionary of Biography page we see: Friedrich Wilhelm Albrecht (1894-1984), Lutheran missionary, was born on 15 October 1894 at Plawanice, County of Lublin, Russian Poland, eldest of ten children of German-speaking parents Ferdinand Albrecht, a farmer from Kroczyn, and his wife Helene, née Reichwald.
He married Minna Maria Margaretha Gevers at Winnipeg in Canada while completing his Seminary and English language studies in 1925. The young couple travelled to Australia later in the same year.
Now a fully ordained Lutheran Minister, Albrecht reached Hermannsburg in the Northern Territory in April 1926, replacing Carl Friedrich Strehlow as mission superintendent.
Friedrich Wilhelm Albrecht received an MBE in 1958
Also from his online Biography we see he was survived by his three sons and two daughters, when he died at Fullarton in South Australia on 16 March 1984 and he was buried in Centennial Park Cemetery. This was four months after his wife death,
