According to the Death Certificate for Milton / Melton Adkins he was born on the 1st of November 1843. Chesley H. Adkins his brother was born on the 1st of May 1843, according to the Harmon Family Bible. So, it's possible that they were twins. Milton is not listed in that Bible. But his death certificate names his parents as Lewis Adkins and Clara Harmon ,
