At this stage I'm still learning, using Wiki-tree, Roots Magic 7 (and therefore access to familysearch.org), a 1st edition of the Ralston Saga (found in the loft of my house) as well as information passed to me first hand by living family. Its impossible to say at this time definitively, however I think that Thomas and Agnes are the parents with possibly Bessie (Adams-3764) being a sibling. Once I have confirmed for sure what I do have (from family or local graves) I'll subscribe to some other online services and look into this further.
In the meantime the connection cannot be made as you quite rightly suggest, however I've made a note to look into this further and hope to find accurate source material.
Thanks for keeping me straight!
