Biography
簡德 澤 is Notable.
Sawa Yukiyoshi, later known as Sawa Zōroku and then as Sawa Kantoku, was born in Edo, Musashi-no-kuni on 21 October 1830. He was a hatamoto of the Tokugawa bakufu who later served in several political positions during the Meiji era, including as mayor of several wards in Tōkyō-fu. He died on 12 October 1903.
