Biography
勝三郞 渡邊 is Notable.
Watanabe Katsusaburō was born in Ibara-chō on 12 February 1872. He served as the governor of Tokushima-ken from 1908 to 1914, of Niigata-ken from 1917 to 1919 and of Nagasaki-ken from 1919 to 1921 before serving as the mayor of Yokohama-shi in Kanagawa-ken from 1922 to 1925. He died on 24 September 1940.
