Mary E Zieger married George T Burroughs 23 Feb 1863 Louisa Co., Iowa, [1]
Mary Zeigler wrote an autobiography, in 1914, of her life during the Civil War, Memoirs of a War Bride, with anecdotes by her husband, Major George Tyler Burroughs, and a basic Burroughs genealogy.[2]

Zieger-34 and Ziegler-175 appear to represent the same person because: Hello. I created Zieger-34 because that i how her name is spelled on my family tree in her book Memoirs of a Civil War Bride by Mary Evaline Burroughs (mother to Edgar Rice Burroughs, and my great-grandfather Henry Studley Burroughs. I'm sorry I created this duplicate. I don't know what the correct spelling of her last name should be. M. E.
