Real estate value of their farm is $3310. They have four children at this time. Age hard to read on Peter John, but I suspect he and Catherine are twins aged 4, William and Isaac. Also living there is a boy aged 12, Franklin Roffinger. He is probably a farm helper since Julia would be very busy with four babies in the house!
