Reggie was born in 1936. His parents are Reggie Grimes Young and Thelma Mayes. He was a guitarist who played with many famous artists. He died in 2019.

• Reggie was a leading studio musician, playing lead guitar for the Memphis Boys, American Studios' house band. He played on a host of popular records, such as:
