Margo Yoder Clark, professionally known as "Veres" (Redhead in Hungarian), was an artist, famous for her paintings of clowns. She was also an accomplished pianist. She graduated from the Conservatory of Music in Chicago in 1927 and earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Margaret was born 25 June 1907 in Texas, the daughter of Dennis Yoder and Pearl Bertram.
She married Albert E. Jubell 21 April 1928 in Chicago. [1]
She married Bunce Allen in 1932 in Paris. He was the stepbrother of Wallis Simpson, the wife of the Duke of Windsor.
She married Goerge Waterman Fisher, the Hollywood columnist, 5 June 1934 in Los Angeles.[2]
She married the film actor Dane Clark 24 April 1941.[3]

Wife of Actor Found Dead
West Los Angeles (AP)--Margo Clark, the artist-wife of actor Dane Clark, was found dead in her studio workshop at their home. Clark, 55, who found her body Monday, told police his wife, 55, had been despondent and ill. An autopsy was ordered. Mrs. Clark, who painted under the name Veres, Hungarian for redhead, was a Texas native. She had been married to the actor for 24 years.
