Biography
The Reverend Wisner was the second minister to pastor the congregation of the First Presbyterian Church in Ithaca, New York. He shepherded his struggling flock of about 20 to a healthy congregation of over 200 within a few years.[1][2].
The history of the church contains a portrait of Rev. Wisner between pages 12 and 13.[2]
