According to his father's and brother Cecil Edward Garnet Wilson obituary, Almin Wilson was a member of the Canadian Merchant Navy.

Almin died between 05 June 1957 and 14 May 1973. He is alive and last mentioned in his brother Cecil's obituary in 1957 and he is not mentioned as being survived by in his sister Eleanor's obituary in 1973.
