Joe was born in 1889. He married A. Mae Williams on 09 Jul 1914. He registered with the draft for WWI. When he passed away in 1976, he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida, sharing a grave marker with his wife, Mae.
