Vencino was born about 1859 in Windsor Locks, Hartford, Connecticut, USA. He is the son of Samuel Willmott and Anna Unknown.

Vencino married Margaret Welch on June 19, 1884 in Chenoa, McLean, Illinois. Both were single and 25 years old. The bride stated that her parents were Thomas Welch and Honora Rachford.[3]
He died at the age of 71 on December 23, 1932 at 139 92 Street in Brooklyn, New York City, New York and was buried there on December 26th in Cypress Hills Cemetery. Cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage, arterioschlerosis and myocarditis. He was married, a retired telegrapher and his parents were Samuel Wilmot born England and Anna Wilmot born Virginia and his wife Margaret was the executor. (Certificate Number 24788).[4]
