Biography

Caleb was born in 1747. He married Sarah Wilkinson.

Caleb Willis was born in Craven County North Carolina, he served in the militia during the revolutionary war. After 1790 he moved to Sumner County Tennesee. This part of Tenessee had been set aside for North Carolina veterans for the Revolutionary war. Caleb's brother, Thomas also moved to Tennessee at the same time.

He passed away in 1827.
