J.C. Willis

Funeral services for Mr. J.C. Willis will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 in Humble Baptist Church, Plainview. Interment will follow in Humble Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.

Mr. Willis, age 76, of Oakdale entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 27, 2007 in the Rapides Regional Medical Center

He was preceded in death by, his wife Ceola Johnson Willis, daughter, Charlotte Sue Willis, parents, Crockett and Sentillie Willis, three brothers, Claude, Willie Lee, and Miller Willis and one granddaughter, Cheyenne Ciara Willis

Survivors include his son, Lynn Willis of Alexandria, daughter, Judith Ann Lawson of Cleveland, Miss, one brother, Henry Willis of Susanville, CA, two sisters, Retha Rougeau, and Helen Delaney both of Oakdale, and four grandchildren.

Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home Downtown Oakdale from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 and at Humble Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of services.
