Percival was born about 1911. He appears on Saint Helena[1] in 1933 when he married Lorna Clingham.
13 May 1933 - 21 Yr old Labourer, Bachelor Percival Valentine Williams of Gordon's Post married 19 Yr old Spinster Lorna Iva Clingham of Bates Cottage, at St Matthew's.
