Biography

John was born on 17 November 1777 in Allegheny, Madison, North Carolina, USA. He was the son of John Williams.^[1][2][3]

In the 1850 census John (age about 72) was living in Ashe, North Carolina, USA.^[4][5] 1850 Census John and Jane have a "Susannah Williams" living with them. Age 14, born NC, probably a grandchild.

In the 1860 census John (age 82) was living in Alleghany, North Carolina, USA.^[6]

John died at the age of 93 on 12 April 1871 in Ashe, North Carolina, USA.^[7][8]
