Biography
Orsino was born in 1835. He was the son of Daniel Williams. He passed away in 1904. Confederate Army Surgeon in Missouri With General Joe Shelby in Mexico Represented Morgan County in the state legislature 50 years of medical practice and teaching. Had a deep faith in Christ
