William was born in 1824. He was the son of John Williams and Elizabeth Mew. He passed away in 1873. Was a Doctor.
Sydney Morning Herald Death Notice- Mon 8th Sep 1873 "On the 7th, instant, at his residence Lyons Terrace, William James Williams MD in the 47th year of his age." Sydney Morning Herald Tues 9th Sep 1873- "The funeral of the deceased WJ Williams MD will move from his late residence, No. 1 Lyons Terrace, this Tuesday afternoon at a quarter to 3 o'clock to Randwick cemetery." Buried at St. Jude's, Randwick with his parents in a family vault. Cause of death listed as Intermittent fever, about 9 weeks, effusion into the serous cavities, about 8 days.
