Elizabeth Williams was born September 21, 1716, in Cranston, Providence County, Rhode Island, a daughter of James Williams and Elizabeth Blackmar. Elizabeth is the great-granddaughter of Roger Williams, founder of Rhode Island.
Elizabeth married William Hynes circa 1735 at Cranston, Rhode Island. Elizabeth died in June, 1750, at the age of 33 years and is buried in the Williams Family Cemetery, in Providence, Rhode Island. [1]
