Biography

Martha Ann Williams was born in 1853 at Oxford in Oxfordshire. She was the daughter of John Williams and his wife Mary Ann, born Mary Ann Wain. ^[1]

She was baptised at the parish church of St Paul in the Jericho area of Oxford on 18 December 1853, as the daughter of John (a boat builder) & Mary Ann Williams of Jericho Gardens. ^[2]

She died at Plantation Road in Oxford in 1855, at the age of 18 months. She was buried in St Sepulchre's cemetery on 29 March 1855. ^{[3] [4]}

Research Notes

In 1861 her parents John and Mary Ann Williams were living at 3 Ward's Docks in Walton Street in Oxford with three other children. ^[5]
