Biography

Philip Tod 'Phil' Williams was born September 18, 1962 and is the son of Stanley Williams and Evelyn Hearn. Phil grew up in Clarksburg, West Virginia along with three siblings; Randy Wayne Williams, Renee Williams and Terry Denise Williams.

Phil died June 3, 2003[1] and is buried in Shinnston Memorial Cemetery and Mausoleum, Shinnston, West Virginia.[2]

Obituary

Phil was an amazing inspiration, especially during his illness. His five-year battle with cancer was fought with determination, strength and knowledge. His wonderful sense of humor never left him. He always had something to say that would cheer visitors and callers, brightening the day of those who came to cheer him. His life will be remembered with bittersweet joy and laughter.[3]
