Seth Noyes Williams was born 23 Apr 1831, the second child of Seth Williams and Lucy Ann Noyes.
He married:
- 1) 26 Nov 1857 Eliza P. Noyes; they had at least 2 children:
- Charles Edwin Williams, b. 19 Jun 1860; married 22 Jun 1892 Fanny D. Hewitt
- Seth Noyes Williams (abt.1868-1944)
- Eliza P. (Noyes) Williams died 20 May 1870, after which Seth Noyes Williams married--
- 2) 28 Jun 1871 Mary Emma Morgan
Seth Noyes Williams died 7 Apr 1889.

Williams-12070 and Williams-1598 appear to represent the same person because: These both represent the husband of Eliza P. Noyes. When Williams-1598 was created it contained no actuarial dates, hence could not be found via the Wikitree search function. His birth date has now been entered. All data contained in Williams-12070 should be retained during the merge process.
