Biography

Howard Kerr Williams was born on 5 December 1924 at Newcastle, NSW,^[1] the son of Gertrude Harris and John Kerr Williams. He had a younger sister.

Howard Kerr Williams enlisted in the Royal Australia Air Force on 2 January 1943. He was discharged as a Flying Officer from 5 Operational Training Unit on 12 March 1946.^[1] His father John was listed as Next of Kin.^[1]

Howard Kerr Williams, son of Gertrude Harris and John Kerr Williams, married Margaret Russell Furner, daughter of Edith Burtinshaw and Carl Russell Furner, on 2 April 1949 at Newcastle,^[2] NSW. They had four children.

Howard Kerr Williams passed away at Merewether, NSW on 25 March 2017.^[3] He was survived by
