Thomas was born on August 21, 1787 in Georgia. Thomas was the son of Colonel James Williams and Elizabeth Blackburn.[1]

Death

Thomas passed away on July 20, 1852 in Greenville, South Carolina.[7][8] Thomas' will was probated on July 27th, 1852.[4][9] Thomas was buried at Christ Episcopal Church Cemetery in Greenville, South Carolina.[10]

Research Notes

His father should not be confused with another Revolutionary Patriot, BG James Henderson Williams who died during the Battle of Kings Mountain in 1780.
