- Myra Isabel Williams was born on June 12, 1896 in Council Grove, Kansas to William Deming and Mary Catherine (Cummins) Williams. She married William Seagler Chapman on September 4, 1918. They were the parents of LaVerne William (1919-1922). She died on June 9, 1968, in Colorado County, Texas at the age of 71, and was buried in Garwood Cemetery in Garwood, Texas.
