Biography
William Williams was born at Plainfield, Connecticut Colony, in September of 1728, a son of Thomas Williams and Hannah. He married Lydia Cady, at Plainfield, in early April of 1764; their only recorded child, Thomas, was born in late April of the year following.
No certain death record for William Williams having been found at Plainfield, or elsewhere, in the relevant time period, it can only be said that he died, presumably in Connecticut and likely at Plainfield, on a date unknown following the conception of son Thomas in 1764.
